ProLine Plank Flashing

DESIGN FEATURES: Use to minimize moisture from penetrating behind the joint where two planks butt together. Pre-cut for quick and easy installation.  Coating eliminates any reaction with fiber cement.

PVC closed-cell foam tape: characteristics common to all closed-cell vinyl foam products include the ability to seal out air, moisture, light and dust.

LENGTH: 6½”, 7¼” and 8¼”. Match to lap sizes.

MATERIAL: .019 gauges painted aluminum: aluminum is remarkable for the metal’s low density and for its ability to resist corrosion due to the phenomenon of passivation.  Painting the aluminum helps protect against chemical reactions.

Available in 3 colors that are utilized with the line of Color Plus offering.

ProLine Reveal Trim

Sold Exclusively under Tamlyn’s WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Product Line

MATERIAL: 6063-T5 .050″ ± .005 extruded aluminum alloy with proprietary coating that protects against harsh weather conditions and allows for paint adhesion.
FINISH: Unless specified all XtremeTrim® items are provided in primed finish.  Also available in popular siding/soffit colors in standard face only color match or full coverage CoastalColorCoating™.  Clear Anodized is stocked and custom anodized is available (minimums apply).
NOTE: Use of the XtremeTrim® Vertical Reveal and Vertical Siding H-Mold at horizontal joints is not recommended.  Illustration not to scale.
WATER MANAGEMENT FEATURES: The patented, unique ribbing of the back leg mitigates water intrusion by providing multiple downflow channels to move water.  The stand off rib on the out leg of the profiles assure proper panel application.  W series profiles must be used together as a system and not with other XtemeTrim® profiles.

ProLine Control Joint

Provides stress relief and assists in controlling cracking in walls and ceilings.  The patented removable gasket (tear-away strip), when removed, creates a sufficient gap for the placement of sealant to sufficiently bond the control joint and the stucco.  The removable gasket also allows for a clean caulk tray, free from debris or stucco residue.   

ProLine Casing Bead

The Original Casing Bead with a tear-away strip, providing a stucco-free caulk tray. The tear-away strip provides for proper positioning of the casing bead as well as a clean caulk tray.

Features

Improves field installation of casing bead with backer rod. Ensures backer rod is installed consistently around all door and window openings.

Orange backer rod with preset width and depth to ensure proper caulk gap for sealant.  When the gap is properly caulked, the orange backer rod will no longer be visible.

Provides a bond between two dissimilar properties.

Closed-cell backer rod with polyethylene foam is compatible with sealants.
